Delete your Ostrav account
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data or submit a deletion request.
Delete a customer account immediately
Sign in, open My Profile, and use the Delete account section at the bottom. Confirm with your email address and password.

Profile, message, and authentication data is deleted. Active bookings are cancelled. Booking records that must be retained for legal or operational reasons are stripped of personal identifiers.
