Ostrav forwards booking requests to operators; the operator delivers the tour.

Online deposit payment is not active yet. Card fields are for testing only — your card is not charged. Terms will be updated when payments launch.

Choose date & guests → submit request → operator confirmation → email/WhatsApp → voucher after confirmation.

Unconfirmed or cancelled bookings are not valid vouchers.

Displayed prices are tour totals. Planned model: ~20% online deposit, remainder to the operator on the day. Until collection starts, those amounts are informational only.

Applications require Ostrav approval. False information or abuse may lead to suspension.

Tour content and on-site delivery are the operator’s responsibility. Ostrav verifies operators with reasonable care and limits liability to the extent permitted by law.
