Because online payment is not collected yet, current cancellation rules are as follows. Refund rules will be announced when deposits start.

Guest cancellation

Free cancellation from your account or manage link if more than 24 hours remain before start.

Within 24 hours, cancellation depends on operator/Ostrav; no card charge means no refund process.

For weather, minimum participants or force majeure we email you and help with alternatives.
