What the platform does today

Ostrav is a travel company that organizes and sells its own tours and activities in Turkey. Ostrav is the seller and organizer of every tour on this site; it is not a marketplace where third-party operators list their own tours.

The site is still under development. What you can do today: browse and search tours, create an account, and save tours to your favourites.

Online booking and payment are not open yet. When they are, these terms will be updated and the sale and cancellation conditions will be shown separately before payment.

Tours and content

The tours shown on the site today are sample content, not listings available for sale.

When real tours go live, Ostrav is directly responsible for their content, price and delivery.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

We may close accounts that break these rules or harm other people.

Liability and governing law

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
