You cannot book or pay through Ostrav yet, so there is currently no cancellation or refund process.

The tours you see are sample content and cannot be paid for.

When booking opens

Each tour's own cancellation terms will be shown on its page and again before the payment step.

Cancellation windows, refund amounts and refund methods will be published here in full, and the distance sales agreement will be presented for your approval before payment.
